When you're a scrappy little non-profit with a shoestring budget, you don't expect to be able to work with an agency of the caliber of Artitudes. We had previously done everything in house, and while our creative efforts were adequate they were decidedly not world-class. More importantly, we were fully dependent on a single, long-term volunteer who was shouldering 100% of our graphical design. Had this person resigned or moved away we would have been dead in the water. Our experience with Artitudes has been stellar, spanning a complete rebranding project (logos, colors, branding guide), to a refresh and consolidation of all of our collateral materials. I also greatly appreciated their candor when we discussed a new website for our organization. Artitudes referred us to another like-minded agency specializing in website development, but remained in the capacity of "brand police" for us as the new website was developed, providing feedback and oversight. The individuals assigned to our projects have been very responsive, talented, and extremely fun to work with - and they listen closely rather than simply plowing through a bunch of standard approaches. Fast forward to present day, and we now have world-class branding and resources. We present ourselves far more professionally than we did 2 years ago. This revamped presence combined with our social media strategy has resulted in a big increase in referrals from professional therapists and counselors to our organization, and we grew during the pandemic when many other non-profits struggled or even folded. If you are a parent, I hope you will never need our support, but if you do, you will see Artitudes' work permeating our public presence.
